Temperatures will climb quickly today into the 80s and lower 90s with gusty West-SW winds ahead of an approaching cold front that will produce a few scattered showers and thunderstorms late this afternoon and Evening. Some storms could become severe with damaging winds and large hail the big threat. Tonight cooler and drier air arrives behind the front. High pressure will give us a sunny Saturday.Saturday night will be quite cool with lows mostly around 50 but Far Northern Maine and Mountain cold spots could drop to the mid-upper 30s!! BRRRR!
