Temperatures took off today with most locations getting close to 90 degrees. I expect the same thing on Saturday with slightly higher dew points making for a very uncomfortable day. A slow moving cold front should put more cloudiness in the sky on Sunday keeping temperatures a tad lower but doing nothing to lower the humidity. The front stands a chance of firing off a few showers or thunderstorms as well. There won't be much relief from the heat or humidity behind the front so we will have to deal with more or this obnoxious weather on Monday and Tuesday. The computer models are suggesting a trend toward cooler and less humid conditions for the latter part of next week.
