MILWAUKEE, Wisconsin (NEWS CENTER) - After grinding for nearly two years with the Maine Red Claws, forward Chris Wright has made secured an extended staty in the NBA having signed a multi-year contract with the Milwaukee Bucks.

Wright had previously signed two 10-day contracts with the Bucks from March 14-24 and April 5-15. He appeared in seven games averaging 6.0 points, 2.1 rebounds, and 1.0 steals in a 15.4 minutes per contest.

The third-year pro played 41 games for the Red Claws this past season averaging 19.8 points and 8.1 rebounds a game.

Milwaukee is Wright's second NBA franchise having appeared in 24 games with Golden State as rookie in 2011-12.
