(NEWS CENTER) -- The federal government is looking for Maine to refund it millions of dollars in Medicaid payments, because a psychiatric hospital in Augusta failed to meet safety standards. But the LePage administration says its confident it won't have to pay up.

Meanwhile, Governor LePage is going forward with his plan to require some welfare recipients to pass drug tests to continue getting benefits.
