ROCKLAND, Maine (NEWS CENTER) -- Three teenagers have been charged with arson after two separate fires on the Rockland waterfront in July.
The State Fire Marshal's Office said the fires took place on July 16 and 25, both at the same location. According to police, the fire on July 16 destroyed two outhouses, which were replaced. The fire on July 25 damaged those replacements.
Arrested and charged with four counts of arson were 19-year-old Daniel Spear and 18-year-old Philip Seekins, both from South Thomaston.
The third teenager, also from South Thomaston, was charged with two counts of arson. His name has not been released due to his age.
Spear and Seekins were taken to the Knox County Jail, and the third teen was charged at his parent's house.
