WESTBROOK, Maine (NEWS CENTER) -- A fire at a home in Westbrook completely destroyed a garage Saturday afternoon.

Westbrook Deputy Fire Chief Wayne Jones said the original call to the fire department was about a snowmobile on fire in the garage.
When crews arrived, the garage was fully engulfed.

Crews were able to knock down the garage before the fire spread to the home. The garage was a total loss. However, there were no injuries.

Investigators spent Saturday afternoon investigating the cause. It has not been released.

Traffic on Route 302 was closed for about an hour but it is now moving freely again.
