BANGOR, Maine (NEWS CENTER) -- Walking into downtown Bangor's newest restaurant, you may be able to figure out the concept of Blaze. But to the naked eye, you may miss one of the restaurant's hidden treasures.

From food to drinks, the theme of Blaze is evident. But what may not be evident to the average eye is in the architecture, starting with the walls. The wood that makes up the dining room walls is more than 100 years old. The wood was dredged from the Penobscot River by Maine Heritage Timber.
