SAN JOSE, California (KCRA) -- A San Jose, California man is accused of deliberately hitting three children with his truck in Vacaville, then taking off.
After the crash two children were taken by ambulance to a trauma hospital, while the other was flown by a medical helicopter to the UC Davis Medical Center.
"We were here, playing outside, cracking walnuts," said 9-year-old Kaitlyn Roser, who was playing on Monticello Court with her sister, 7-year-old Teagan Roser, and their neighbor, 6-year-old Nick Butler. "He just came all the way around and stopped a few inches in front of us. ... I thought he was stopping so we could get out of the way."
