(NEWS CENTER) - The Oxford Fire Department said a fire at 25 Burns Street destroyed a home Sunday morning.

Firefighters were called to the Oxford home early Sunday morning where they found the home fully involved. The department said crews from Norway, Paris, West Paris, Poland, Mechanic Falls, Auburn, Casco and Otisfield supplied either equipment or manpower to battle the blaze.

Oxford FD did say that all occupants, including young children, were able to get out of the home uninjured.

There was no immediate word on cause of the fire.
