Konbit Sante, as part of First Friday, is raffling off Haitian-made art crafted out of steel drums and broken glass
Frustrated by a lack of upward mobility for Haitian women, a man from Maine brought down a diamond cutting machine to help them turn pieces of glass into gems. The gems will be set as jewelry and sold through Konbit Sante to benefit the people of Haiti.
