Red Claws lose on a late three to Sioux Falls

PORTLAND, Maine (NEWS CENTER) - The Maine Red Claws rallied for a late tie only for Chris Allen to knock down a three-pointer with 3.8 seconds left as Sioux Falls won 113-110.

Maine's Frank Gaines led all scorers with 35 points. Tyshawn Taylor (19), Daniel Orton, and Damien Bell-Holter (12) were the other Red Claws to finish in double figures.

Maine (19-28) converted only 3 of 21 three-point field goal attempts for the game.

The Red Claws home finale is on Monday when they host Canton at 9 p.m.
