NEWS CENTER- First Title of Maine is trying to win the state just its third regional title.  They're now just two wins away from that feat after surviving their elimination game against Massachussets 6-5 in 12 innings.

After trailing 2-0 after one inning, the team comprised of Cheverus players, rallied to take a 3-2 in the 3rd.  They held that lead until the 7th when they fell behind again 5-3, only to rally in the bottom half the 8th to level the contest five.  It'd remain that way until the bottom of the 12th when a passed ball allowed Louie DiStasio to score from third for the game-winning run.

They'll play Milford, Connecticut, in the Championship round, whom they lost to on Saturday.  If First Title wins the first game at 1 PM, they'll play a winner-take-all contest later.
