BOSTON (Sports Network) -- Dennis Seidenberg's slapper from center ice near the midway point of the third period lifted the Boston Bruins over the Ottawa Senators, 4-3.
Zdeno Chara, Seidenberg and Milan Lucic all had a goal and an assist for the Bruins, who started a three-game homestand on Tuesday. Brad Marchand also lit the lamp.
Tim Thomas made 30 saves for the victors.
Colin Greening, Kyle Turris and Erik Karlsson scored for the Senators, who lost the final four games of a six-game road trip. Craig Anderson stopped 26- of-30 shots.
