NEW LONDON, Conn. (AP) - A motorist traveling the wrong way on Interstate 95 north on the Gold Star Bridge between New London and Groton has been killed when he struck another car.
State police say 26-year-old Francisco Lobos, of Norwich, was ejected from his vehicle in the Saturday crash and died.
The driver of the vehicle that Lobos hit, Derrick Brawn, 25, of Howland, Maine, refused medical treatment at the scene.
State police are asking for help from witnesses.
