PROVIDENCE, R.I. (NEWS CENTER) - UMaine hockey is on a four-game losing streak thanks in large to a pair of Maine natives as the Black Bears were swept by Providence, 3-0.  South Portland's Jon Gillies had 25 stops for the Friars whilst Cumberland native Kevin Hart scored the games final goal.

The loss drops UMaine to 1-6 on the year with their toughest test of the season looming when they host defending national champs Boston College at Alfond Arena next Friday.
