HOLLIS, Maine (NEWS CENTER) - Officials with the Maine Department of Transportation have been busy since last night's earthquake.

They've been out looking for any damage in the area around the towns of Hollis and Waterboro.. Which are about 15 miles west of Portland-- That's where the epicenter of quake was.

Officials found a loose joint on the route 4A bridge between Hollis and Buxton. They're working to repair it, though its difficult to tell whether that damage is from the earthquake last night or regular wear and tear. Tim Cusick with the DOT says so far this has been the only major damage they've found, but they will be inspecting bridges throughout the day.
