(NEWS CENTER) - Thousands of Mainers are in the dark this morning after a storm with high winds moved through the state.
At this hour CMP is reporting more than 11,000 customers without power. Most of the outages are in Somerset, Kennebec, Lincoln and Sagadahoc.
And Bangor Hydro is reporting more than 8,785 in the dark mostly in Hancock and Penobscot Counties.
Crews will be working throughout the day to get the lights back on.
