F. LEE BAILEY

Defense lawyer F. Lee Bailey recently spoke to the Convention of Maine Counties. Bailey believes Maine is a good state in which to put into practice modifications to the penal system. In 1966, Bailey, blues legend BB King, Congressman John Conyers of Michigan and then Senator John Tunney of California formed the Foundation for the Advancement of Inmate Recreation and Rehabilitation.
