PORTSMOUTH, N.H. (NEWS CENTER) -- A Mainer is accused of attacking the staff at a restaurant in New Hampshire.
Police say Juan Antonio Blea, 45, from Kittery, was on his way out of the restaurant in downtown Portsmouth on Saturday night when he assaulted the manager and another employee.
As he drove away from the restaurant, police caught up with him at the corner of Bow and Chapel Streets.
Police say Blea refused to follow their orders and fought back against one of the officers as they took him into custody.
The charges against him include driving while intoxicated, criminal mischief, reckless conduct, six counts of simple assault and more. He is due to make his first court appearance on Monday morning.
