(NBC) -- People who visit Quebedeaux Park in downtown Houston, Texas are making a skin-crawling discovery.
The park surrounding the Harris County Family Law Center is crawling with rats.
There are rat traps all around the park, but they don't seem to be making an impact on the rodent population.
One lawyer says he saw a rat inside the building.
He snapped a picture in the basement cafe and sent it to NBC affiliate KPRC.
KPRC called Precinct 1 Commissioner's Court, which oversees the park, but have not yet received a call back.
