SALEM (AP)-- Officers investigating guitar thefts from stores in Manchester and Salem used MySpace to identify their suspects. The police were tipped to the MySpace pages, where at least one of the men posted a photo of himself playing a guitar.

Police said Justin Ray and David Rousseau of Lowell, Mass., both 20, turned themselves in to police in Salem, New Hampshire and were arrested without incident Thursday afternoon.

Their bail was set at $2,500 each.

Eleven guitars were stolen from Daddy's Junky Music in Manchester and three were lifted from the company's Salem store. Police said the men took empty guitar cases to the stores, played guitars in an acoustic room for a few minutes, then put them in the cases and left.
