STOCKHOLM (AP) --A man arrested for supposably killing his wife is finally cleared. Swedish police now believe the lead suspect may be a moose.
According to the tabloid Expressen, hairs and salvia of a moose, also known as a European Elk were found on the woman's clothes.
Police say the death of 63 year old Agneta Westlund last year was a puzzling one. Westlund died after an evening stroll in the forest. Her husband, Ingemar Westlund was a suspect but the case against him was dropped.
Swedish Police are planning a news conference on Tuesday about the case.
