(NBC NEWS) -- President Obama admitted Monday there's no excuse for the problems that have marred the start of online signup for his affordable health care program.
The glitches are stymying americans who want to sign up and giving hope to Republicans who want to kill Obamacare.
Mr. Obama said he is frustrated about the signup problems, because, he says, Obamacare is a good deal.
"People don't just want it, they're showing up to buy it," he pointed out. "Nobody's madder than me about the fact that the website isn't working as well as it should, which means it's going to get fixed."
Specialists are tackling the job, but experts say fixing Healthcare.gov will take time.
