Leigh was born on Nov. 5, 1913. She and Olivier co-starred together frequently, both in the movies and on stage.
But Leigh wasn't easy to live with due to her huge emotional swings, brought on by bi-polar disorder. The strain eventually became too much and they split up in 1960 after 20 years of marriage.
