Jacob Ouellette founded Red Seat Productions.

(NEWS CENTER) -- Fenway Park is turning 100 years old, and to help ring in the birthday, students from Maine who attend Emerson College in Boston started a production company called Red Seat Productions.

Jacob Ouellette of Sanford founded the production group with three other friends.  Their goal is to film a documentary that's comprised of narratives from members of Red Sox Nation about memories they have of the park.  But in order for this project to become a reality, the group needs to raise money.  Like many people who are trying to get funding for various projects, they've set up a page on Kickstarter and are hoping to raise $5,500 by February 10th.

"You go to the West Coast and you'll find as many Red Sox fans as anywhere," Ouellette said. "I've watched games of the Los Angeles Angels where half the park is Red Sox fans, so that's what we want to do.  Everyone has a story."

As of Wednesday morning Red Seat Productions has only raised a couple hundred dollars.
