BIDDEFORD, Maine (NEWS CENTER) -- The man who was the subject of a massive search in in Standish last week, wanted in connection with a robbery and a domestic violence assault was arrested on nine outstanding warrants Wednesday in Biddeford.
Police say 27-year-old Jessy Kehling ditched his car, with children inside, in the parking lot of George E. Jack Elementary School in Standish on Friday, after he realized he was being followed by police. He took off into the woods, and a manhunt began. The search was called off on Friday night because he was no longer believed to be in the area.
Kehling was transported to the York County Sheriff's Department.
Bail was set at $5,075.
