Three arrested for selling heroin in Bangor and Ellsworth

ELLSWORTH, Maine (NEWS CENTER) -- Three people have been arrested this week for selling heroin in Bangor and Ellsworth.

On Monday, Alfred Garcia, 50, of Portland was arrested in Ellsworth and charged with distribution of heroin. Authorities say Garcia drove from Portland to distribute a significant amount of heroin in Hancock County. He was arrested with about 7-grams of heroin in his possession with a street value of $4,000.

Maine Drug agents also re-arrested a New York man for selling heroin in Bangor. Isaiah Orane, 18, of New York allegedly sold drugs to an undercover drug agent. This is the second time Orane has been arrested for selling heroin in Maine in the last month.

Noelle Hansen, 22, of Ellsworth is also facing trafficking charges. She was arrested after allegedly selling heroin to an undercover agent.

Drug agents say the investigation continues and more arrests are expected.
