LEWISTON, Maine (AP) - The Great Falls Balloon Festival is wrapping up amid large crowds drawn by the best weather in years.
The festival draws about 100,000 people each year. This year, the perfect weather held for all three days, including the final launches that were being held Sunday.
About two dozen balloons were participating.
The 21th annual festival is being held at the Simard and Payne Memorial Park in Lewiston. It helps local nonprofit groups to raise awareness to their causes
