SOUTH PORTLAND, Maine (NEWS CENTER) - A man is hospitalized with serious, but non-life threatening injuries, following a stabbing just before midnight in South Portland.
Police say they found the 39-year-old victim unconscious at the bottom of a "common stairway" at 25 Palmer Street, at approximately 11:22 PM.
Detectives interviewed witnesses and the person believed to have been responsible for the stabbing. No criminal charges have been filed yet.
