PORTLAND, Maine (NEWS CENTER) - Portland Police are looking for the man who apparently struck a teenage bicyclist with his car and took off.
The incident happened Friday afternoon.
Police say that a light colored sedan hit a 13 year old on Congress Street near Bramhall Fire Station.
The driver then took off.
The teen was taken to Maine Medical Center for treatment of non life threatening injuries.
Police describe the driver as a tall, thin black male in his twenties. There was apparently also a passenger of similar description.
