BANGOR, Maine (NEWS CENTER)--Bangor Police have arrested the suspect in last week's Rite Aid Drug Store Robbery thanks to an observant police detective. 

24 year old Kirk DePhillippo was arrested Monday on a charge of felony robbery after Police Sergeant Paul Kenison spotted him on Hammond Street.  Sergeant Kenison radioed for other units for assistance. They found DePhillipo behind a home on Dean Street and arrested him without incident.  He was taken to the Penobscot County Jail.
