BURLINGTON, Vt. (AP) -- A sex offender who moved from Vermont to New Hampshire without notifying authorities is now facing a new charge.

Federal prosecutors in Burlington say 38-year-old Kenneth Olsson, formerly of Jamaica, Vermont, moved to Walpole, New Hampshire last year but didn't notify the states' sex offender registries. He's required to, because of a 2000 sodomy conviction in New York state.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Christina Nolan says Olsson moved to New Hampshire in 2009 and has been serving as a church music director since mid-2008.

Olsson, who has been released on conditions, could get 10 years in prison for failing to report his move.
