(NEWS CENTER) -- If you have ever been to any kind of road race you know the kind of excitement the event can generate. Have you ever thought of the work that goes into creating one of these events? On this Fit at Five we take a behind the scenes look at an upcoming event. Lewiston Auburn's first ever duathlon. Registration for the race is now open. We have provided a link for the registration site.
Five hundred people are expected to participate in the LADU. Adding to the historic theme...winners of the race in each five year category will be able to put their legacy in two green bricks before firing. One to take home, and one to be put on display at Museum LA.
