PORTLAND (NEWS CENTER) -- Even before the first rays of sunlight hit Portland Saturday, the marks of the Valentine's Day Phantom were clear.

Red hearts were found taped to store windows and tucked under car windshield wipers throughout Portland Saturday.  The largest concentration was along Spring Street.

It's become a tradition for the 'phantom' to leave the mark of Love throughout Portland.
