Saco Museum hosts Festival of Trees with decorated trees and raffles

Christmas Tree Festival for Library and Museum

SACO, Maine (NEWS CENTER) -- The Saco Museum and Dyer Library hosted a decorated tree and raffle event as part of their 13th annual "Festival of Trees" today.

There were plenty of different trees to gaze your eyes upon, including themes like Hot wheels, Pokemon, and even a wedding dress.

Board of Trustees for the Saco Museum and Dyer Library Angela Coulumbe attended the festival last year for the first time and couldn't wait to see the new decorated trees this year.

"It absolutely blows my mind how creative all of these trees are. There are things happening on these trees that I would have never imagined possible... It's such a visual feast."

Three trees will be auctioned off this year. If you want to check out the rest of trees, the festival runs until December 30th.

Today's event is one of many more throughout December. For more information and upcoming events you can check out their website at www.sacomuseum.org.
