Red Cross helps family of three after fire demolished their home in Orland

ORLAND, Maine (NEWS CENTER) -- The American Red Cross in Maine is helping a local family after a fire destroyed their Orland home Saturday morning. 

The family of three will have a safe place to sleep tonight, food and other essentials thanks to the Red Cross after their home on Mandala Way was torn apart by an early morning fire.  And the Red Cross will also help over the next days to help with their journey to recovery. 

The Red Cross provides food, clothing, shelter and emotional support for those affected by home fires and other disasters. Individuals wishing to support Red Cross Disaster Services can call (800) RED-CROSS or visit www.MaineRedCross.org.
