Police: York man admitted to having unlawful sexual contact with family member

YORK, Maine (NEWS CENTER) - -  A York man is behind bars for admitting to police that he had unlawful sexual contact with family member.

According to police, as a result of an investigation that was based on a report made involving unlawful sexual contact between a York resident and family member they arrested 37-year-old David Borger of Osprey Lane in York on Thursday. 

Police said after interviewing Borger he admitted to multiple counts of Unlawful Sexual Contact between himself and a relative over a period of time this summer.

Police said this investigation is still ongoing at this time.
Borger was placed under arrest for this charge and held without bail.  He was transported to the York County Jail to be arraigned for Unlawful Sexual Contact, according to police.
