Meth lab dismantled in Oakfield

OAKFIELD, Maine (NEWS CENTER) -- The Maine Drug Enforcement Agency dismantled a suspected methamphetamine lab on River Road in Oakfield Tuesday.

MDEA recovered a significant amount of evidence consistent with the manufacturing of methamphetamine. As a result, 39-year-old Douglas Morin, of Oakfield, was charged with Class B Trafficking in Schedule W Drugs.

Morin is currently being held at the Aroostook County Jail in Houlton. Bail has been set at $10,000 cash.
