Head-On Collision in Naples Shuts Down Route 11 Intersection

NAPLES, Maine (NEWS CENTER) --  Three people are injured and Route 11 is shut down following a serious head-on collision in Naples Saturday.

Police say 25-year-old Courtney Blais, of Bridgton, was driving her Subaru when she crossed the center line and struck a Ford F-150 driven by Paul Arsenault of Portland head on.

Blais was transported to Central Maine Medical Center by Life Flight with life-threatening injuries.

Arsenault and his wife Pamela were transported by Ambulance to the Bridgton Hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The cause of the crash remains under investigation by the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office Reconstruction Team at this time.

Cumberland County Dispatch confirms a head-on crash closed Route 11 at the intersection of East Edes Falls & Casco Roads. Traffic is being rerouted to Pond Park Road while police are investigating.
