Penobscot Sheriff looking for two in donation box theft

HERMON, Maine

(NEWS CENTER) -- Penobscot County Sheriff's Office said Thursday it is looking for two people connected to a theft in Hermon.

On June 30, the Penobscot County Sheriff's Office responded to C&K Variety located on Billings Road for a reported theft. Deputies learned that someone had stolen a money box donation for the Hermon Food Pantry. They were able to identify two people of interest based on store surveillance.
