Abigail Hernandez's father doubles reward

CONWAY, New Hampshire (NEWS CENTER) -- Abigail Hernandez's father increased the reward for information leading to her safe return Thursday, bringing the total amount of money to $60,000.

Zenya Hernandez, Abigail's mother, announced the increase in the reward in an email to NEWS CENTER.

"The reward is now $60,000. We are getting a new surge of leads and a new surge of interest [on] the Bring Abby Home [Facebook] Page," Zenya Hernandez said. "We would like to remind everyone to report leads to the law enforcement ... no tip is too small. Something that seems minor can help."

The reward is money from multiple sources; Zenya Hernandez ($10,000), the FBI ($20,000) and Abigail's father, Ruben Hernandez ($30,000).

Abigail Hernandez was last seen on Oct. 9, 2013.
