3 arrested on drug trafficking charges in Old Town

OLD TOWN, Maine (NEWS CENTER) -- Police say they arrested three people on drug trafficking charges Friday.

After an investigation, authorities searched a home at 2 Howard street in Old Town and found 170 packets of heroin, 99 OxyContin pills and an unidentified baggie of white powder.

51-year-old Kevin Fowler of Old town was arrested for drug trafficking and possession. 35-year-old Jason Pete and 48-year-old Michael Pete, both of Waterbury, CT were arrested for two counts of drug trafficking.

The Old Town Police Department was assisted by the Orono Police Department.
