
(NBC) -- It's fall and that means it's time to break out the jeans! If you're not feeling 100 percent confident in your pair, there's a program that can get your rear into gear.
Karen Greatti of Exhale Spa says the pound melt off in core fusion classes. Exhale says most women fear their legs will bulk up, but there are no weights in the core fusion workout. You use your own body's resistance to firm up. "It creates a long line, thins out the outer thigh. It's amazing. It's the type of exercise, they won't bulk you. They won't," Greatti explained. You can really tone up in those core fusion classes, but a good pair of jeans can make you look ten pounds lighter. It's all about the pocket placement.
