(NEWS CENTER) -- This Fit at Five is a perfect workout for cycling enthusiasts looking to head indoors during the winter months. Careful though...you might just get hooked...and this class runs year round. We are going spinning. Kelly LaBrecque has more.

"Spinning" is actually a trademark name. The instructors are trained a certain way, and the bikes are made specifically for the class. Spinning classes run about 55 minutes long, and in the time you can burn and average of 300 to 500 calories depending on your weight. Here are a few examples:

55 MINUTE SPINNING CLASS

135lbs = 307 Calories Burned

155lbs= 352 Calories Burned

200lbs = 455 Calories Burned

We have posted links to a few places throughout the state that offer spinning classes or indoor cycling. It's a great workout...well worth checking out!
