Stroller Boot Camp combines cardio with strength training. The key is to keep your heart rate up while you strength train so that you get maximum results for the time that you are spending.
The program is designed so that women can start working out after just six weeks of giving birth....eight weeks if they had a c-section. It allows parents (men and women) the opportunity to be able to get in a workout, and not have to worry about child care. How do you know if your child is old enough? If they can sit in a stroller for an hour...bring them along!
