(NEWS CENTER) -- September is better breakfast month! And Monday September 26 is national better breakfast day, so to celebrate, we've got some tips for you!
Nutritionist Kitty Broihier gives us some tips on how to create a more well rounded breakfast, which is after all, the most important meal of the day.
1: Choose healthy versions of fruits you already like
2: Include at least three food groups
3: Think protein, produce, and fiber.
Remember to compare products while you're shopping and as always, planning ahead makes eating healthier that much easier!
