WARREN (NEWS CENTER) -- An inmate has escaped from the Bolduc Correctional Facility in Warren. A spokesperson said Clifford Perkins of Old Orchard Beach walked away from the facility about 8 p.m. Saturday. He was last seen wearing jeans, a blue shirt and a gray baseball cap. He is serving time for burglary and theft. Two other inmates escaped from Bolduc two weeks ago. They were eventually located in Vermont.
