207 continues its series of recipes from our staff with MORNING REPORT anchor Sharon Rose Vaznis. Sharon, her daughter Duffy and her friend Sammy joined us in the kitchen to make ice cream in a bag.
Sharon Rose Vaznis' STATION BIO
½ c milk
2 Tbsp sugar
¼-1/2 tsp vanilla extract
3 c ice
4-6 Tbsp salt
Reclosable sandwich bag
Reclosable gallon freezer bag
Pour milk, sugar and vanilla extract into sandwich bag, seal tightly.
Place ice in freezer bag and add salt.
Place sealed sandwich bag into freezer bag with ice and salt, seal tightly.
Shake freezer bag gently for 10 minutes.
