(NEWS CENTER) Congress will be going back to work soon. Sen. Susan Collins (R-Maine) goes In The Arena with Pat Callaghan to talk about the issues that will be tackled in the rest of this session.
Sen. Collins talks about the possibility of requesting more money for the LIHEAP fuel program because of the dangerously cold weather. Collins says the political battles over the program tend to be regional instead of ideological.
Sen. Collins also discusses the effort to restore unemployment benefits to millions of Americans, as well as providing more job training for people who need to begin new careers.
Collins discusses why she thinks Republicans have a better than even chance of regaining control of the Senate in this fall's elections, and the impact of the Tea Party on Congress.
