DOVER, New Hampshire - Police in Maine and New Hampshire continue to be on the lookout for two individuals Dover New Hampshire Police say robbed an apartment in Dover Saturday morning.
Dover Police say arrest warrants were issued for Joseph Graham, a 33 year old with a last known address of Eliot, Maine and Joshua Royer, also 33 years of age, believed to be from Somersworth, New Hampshire.
Lieutenant Brant Dolleman said the two men entered an apartment on Maple Street in Dover at approximately 10 Saturday morning. Police are declining to comment on the details of the robbery, but did say that the apartment and the residents were known to the suspects.
Berwick Police became involved in the search when an officer attempted to stop Graham in downtown Berwick. Captain Locke of the Berwick PD says Graham fled on foot and was chased by multiple agencies including the use of tracking dogs. Police say the suspect's scent was tracked to the Salmon Falls River where their search stalled.
Dover Police say that while the men are not necessarily considered dangerous, caution and common sense should be used if the suspects are encountered. Police emphasized this was not a random act and repeated that the suspects and the victims were known to each other.
Dolleman added the two residents of the apartment were treated for minor injuries.
